Show Description
Playing the Jews Harp and getting letters Aerobatics - greatest pilot today is a woman There are no known original Fokker tri-planes in existence. Aeroplanes in WWI. The demise of Baron Von Richthofen (The Red Baron) Charles Lindburgh Shep describes flying his own plane in an episode of Jean Shepherd's America - "Flying" Filmed just outside Boston. A Cessna 180 was used to do filming.
[ Courtesy: David Goldin - 08-08-2024 ] Shep plays the jew's harp to a record of, "Yakety Sax." Shep remembers the Fokker Triplane and other antique airplanes. The Red Baron was actually shot down by ground fire in a borrowed aircraft. Shep tells about his "flying for the camera."
