Brief discussion of the Super Bowl coverage and followup "The Ms Problem" Shep reads response by Amy Vanderbilt to a writer inquiring about the use of "Ms". Amy refers to the famous writer Jean Shepherd who returns mail addressed to Ms Jean Shepherd. Ironically Amy adds a note (she first, however, extracts checks, if any) Apparently Amy was focused on the "Ms" element and didn't realize the true reason was that Ms Jean Shepherd was in fact a man. OR was Amy talking about another writer named Jean Shepherd Shep tells how Mis Meano insists on calling him 'Eugene' - He originally told this story on his October 23, 1970 show.
