This city is mine! Shep has an idea to eliminate pollution by building four 700 foot tall towers with giant fans on top, all faving New Jersey, blowing the pollution back to Hackensack. Shep reads an article (see photo below) about Betty Lou Miller who keeps getting pregnant to avoid sentencing. He reads another article from Philadelpia where a Holmesburd beer distributor gets scammed by a group of 'counterfeiters.'
