Show Description
"The show that hits you right in the face with a mental pig bladder" Working at a Cincinnati radio station watching them prepare for an amateur show. "Everybody wants to get into show biz - everybody thinks they have a talent." Mothers with their nine year old daughters. Old man as a 'one man band' singing and playing "Good Night Irene" He describes all the hillbilly types arriving in Chicago for a "Grand Opry" type show. Gene Autry is up on stage tuning up his guitar, and everyone is setting up chairs and unpacking spare ribs and buttermilk. The Honeymooners was for urban hillbillies.
